Open Stage Performance
Open Stages:
- Saturday, April 16: 12:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 17: 12:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Throughout the festival we'll be running an Open Stage; an opportunity to show off your latest choreography in group or solo work.
Admission to the event on that day is mandatory for using the open stage, there is no additional cost. Please check the entertainer's form for info.
You may book once as an individual, or once on behalf of a group. Please ensure that only one person books per group.
Music should be a maximum of 5 minutes long for soloists, 6 minutes for duet/trio, and 8 minutes for troupes of four or more.
Please send one copy of your music to the coordinator, and bring one with you as a single CD for back up. Please ensure CDs are clearly marked. All CDs are the responsibility of performers.
Please check in with the appointed stage manager 15 minutes before your allocated performance slot.
DVD recordings of your performance will be available if requested. The cost for this will be $25 per copy, payable in advance. To sign up for the recording, please contact Lisa Hoglan (www.lisahoglan.com) at 562.596.5126, with the details of the slots you have booked.
