What

Train your abs to do what you want them to! You will learn the secret of isolating and contracting the belly muscles, which will lead to belly rolls and flutters and perhaps to even flip coins and dollar bills!

Learn to blend slow movements such as figure 8's, Ami-Ami, hip circles, sways and rib cage isolations into rich, varied portrayals where each move melts into the next, complementing a Chifte-teli or any other slow sinuous piece with arm movements to complement each move.
